There are three order forms.  The First is for Canadian Orders, the second is for US orders, and the third is for International Orders.  You can also download a printable order form, print it, and mail it with payment to us.

 Every Book order through The Canadian Publishing Company will be personally autographed by the author.  If you wish a special inscription (For example: "To John Doe.") please write this in the comments below.
